Urban Locations has been trading for 15 years and during this time has striven to perfect our lettings service.
The result is our network of portfolio managers who are highly trained in how to take on properties and manage them professionally.
Urban Locations is also a property landlord with its own portfolio of properties. This has given us the experience to know what it is
a landlord requires from thier agent.
Our unique system is based on portfolio managers working from home and handling the actual day to day property management while
head office handles all the rent processing. This allows the portfolio manager to focus on the business of managing the properties
rather than being in the office struggling with the paperwork.
We are constantly working on improving and updating the systems we use to manage the properties from tenant marketing to rent processing.
